Your responsibilities as an affiliate partner:
Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated
Maintain control of your account credentials - you're liable for all activity
Comply with all applicable gambling advertising regulations in target markets
Use only approved promotional materials and tracking links
Disclose affiliate relationships per FTC guidelines
3. Commission Structure and Payments
Commission rates are defined in your specific affiliate agreement. Standard terms include:
Monthly payment cycle with NET-30 terms
Minimum payout threshold of $100
Commissions calculated on net revenue (player deposits minus withdrawals and bonuses)
Chargebacks and player fraud deducted from future earnings
We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraud or terms violations are suspected pending investigation.

The following will result in immediate account suspension:
Brand bidding on trademarked terms without authorization

Cookie stuffing or forced redirects

5. Intellectual Property
AffiliGaming grants you a limited license to use our marketing materials solely for authorized promotional purposes. You cannot:

Create derivative works implying false partnerships
Use our trademarks in domain names without written approval

8. Limitation of Liability
AffiliGaming is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability cannot exceed commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes require binding arbitration per AAA rules.
